Compatibility forms the foundation, encompassing shared values, emotional intelligence, and a natural connection. Attunement is the ongoing practice of being curious, responsive, and deeply aware of a partner’s thoughts and feelings. And effort-often overlooked-ensures that even the strongest relationships continue to grow through intentional communication, repair, and emotional investment.
